4–14 February

Submit your scholarship application

Submit CV and Letter of Motivation via Universityadmissions.se. If you have applied for more than one Master’s programme please submit one Letter of Motivation for each. Please note that if you have submitted a CV and Letter of Motivation as part of your application for studies you do not have to upload these documents again.

If you apply for the UGSS Syria you have to provide proof of your Syrian citizenship. You can do so by uploading a scanned copy of your passport or another valid identity card which clearly states citizenship at Universityadmission.se (if you haven't already done so).

The Notification of Selection Results are published 4 April. If you are offered a place on a Master's programme offered by the University of Gothenburg, and have submitted the online application form for the UGSS and/or UGSS Syria, you will automatically proceed to the scholarship selection process.

If you are placed on a waiting list (reserve), or submitted a late application, you will not proceed to the UGSS or UGSS Syria selection process.
