About the Course

The course aims to equip the students with the necessary knowledge and experimental skills in organic chemistry required for planning, understanding and conducting organic reactions and separation in addition to structure elucidations of organic compounds. The skills learned during the course are requisites for higher studies in organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry.

Requirements and Selection

Requirements: 50 credits within Chemistry, including KEM030, Organic chemistry or KEM031, Organic Chemistry for Students of Pharmacy, 15 credits or equal qualifications.

Selection: Selection is based upon the number of credits from previous university studies.
