About the Course

The course offers a theoretical and empirical understanding of institutional and cultural conditions for Human Resource Management in a globalized world. HRM activities are analyzed in relation to different national labor markets and global trends in society; tools are provided which enable the student to understand and analyze how changes on the labor market (such as new patterns of employment contracts, labor market policies and unemployment) as well as broader societal or organizational changes conditions HRM in a global setting.
