About the Course

Software engineering is the application of processes, tools, and methods to the problem of developing software. In this course you will work in a team to develop an application for a mobile platform. You will learn how to manage people and time, how to solve complex problems, and how to develop quality software. You will also learn some of the tools of the trade, such as development tools for mobile platforms, automated testing, and version control.

Requirements and Selection

Requirements: Successfully completed DIT950 Programming, Advanced Course or equivalent, and either DIT011 Object-oriented Software Development or DIT440 Introduction to Functional Programming, or equivalent.

Selection: Selection is based upon the number of credits from previous university studies, maximum 225 credits.

Tuition Fee

Application fee: 900 SEK
Full course cost: 17 587 SEK
First payment: 17 587 SEK
