About the Course

The course contains a short introduction to theory and methods in public health intervention planning and evaluation and continues with an eight week practice period. Students identify a practical experience mentor/advisor in a chosen area of public health. The course concludes with a seminar in which students present their experience in relation to relevant public health theory.

Requirements and Selection

Requirements: The course is part of the Master's program in public health with health economy. The course requires passing the ground course, MPH 101 (15 hp) or equivalent and MPH 202 or equivalent (15hp)

Selection: Selection is based upon the number of credits from previous university studies, maximum 225 credits.

Tuition Fee

Application fee: 900 SEK
Full course cost: 35 427 SEK
First payment: 35 427 SEK
