About the Course

This course is aimed at deepen the students knowledge in ecotoxicology at the molecular, cell, individual and population level. It treats toxicological and ecotoxicological principles, methods of measurement, effects and mechanisms of toxins with a focus on the cell- and individual level. It is an experimental course which gives an insight in different ecotoxicological tests for instance environmental surveillance tests.

Requirements and Selection

Requirements: University studies of a minimum of 60 credits in Biology and Molecular Biology/Cellbiology. Applicants must prove their knowledge of English: English 6/English B from Swedish Upper Secondary School or the equivalent level of an internationally recognized test, for example TOEFL, IELTS.

Selection: Selection is based upon the number of credits from previous university studies, maximum 225 credits.
