About the Course

Together with other students in your own and other scientific disciplines, you perform a case study of how society is planning sustainable development in a local context. For 10 weeks you define, analyze, model, and evaluate problems, challenges and opportunities for sustainable development. You interact with the authorities and stakeholders. You then present the results in the form of a written report.
The course provides training in planning and implementing a project, identifying and using different methods to analyze the sustainable development, interacting with society actors, and presenting the results you come up with.

Please see link for performed projects within the course from previous years.
