About the Course

This course is taught in English! Based on an ecological perspective, students will in the first part of the course read, evaluate and discuss multidisciplinary and practically oriented literature on learning, training and development in different health and performance contexts. In the second part of the course, students will familiarize themselves with professional fields, develop observation schedules and attend supervision sessions to critically evaluate and discuss current intervention practices. Based on the literature and the field experience students will also develop their own coaching, teaching, or training strategies to achieve health and performance-related changes in individuals and groups.
