About the Course

To understand, work in and lead projects is an increasingly common task and the conditions are different today than in the traditionally-led organization. This course focuses on both applied development work as well as applied project management and is divided into two modules, one for each subject. Students use an entrepreneurial mind-set and scientific models to observe, identify and analyse the evaluation and development of the respective applied projects. During the process of identifying and analysing the challenges in health care, the student should interact with healthcare professionals, researchers, and experts in relation to a specific innovation process.
