About the Course

MVK777 Further Training for Percussion Teachers, is a course aimed for teachers in cultural schools and high schools. The course will include playing in percussion ensemble, conducting / conducting percussion ensemble, composition / arrangement for percussion. The course will be held during three weekends at HSM, in addition to own work in the form of reflection and own composing / arranging.

Classes will be held on the following dates (autumn semester of 2020):

September 5th-6th
October 3rd-4th
November 7th-8th

Requirements and Selection

Selection: Selection is based on documented artistic skills (CV) and ;a personal letter motivating why you want to take the course, which should be enclosed to the application. The applicants will be ranked by the teacher s overall assessment of the applicants competence. The application is not complete without the above stated documentation

Tuition Fee

Application fee: 900 SEK
Full course cost: 34 625 SEK
First payment: 34 625 SEK
