Student associations and student buddies

There are five International student organizations that organise plenty of social activities for international students. Before arriving in Gothenburg, you can even apply for a personal Student Buddy.

Student Buddies are students with a special interest in international exchange. They work on a voluntary basis for greater integration between international and local students.

The associations arranges a wide range of activities throughout the year, ranging from language cafés and quiz nights to parties and outdoor activities. Some also have smaller buddy groups, some of which gather students with specific interests, such as cooking or photography.
